Frequently asked questions
How much can I earn?
The Nexelia plan costs €370 + VAT per year: each active academy earns you €74 a year, plus 20% of any add-ons it buys.
When do I get paid?
A commission becomes pending as soon as Nexelia collects the invoice. Once you reach €50 you request the payout from your panel and Stripe transfers it to your bank account, usually in one or two business days. The first time you will sign up with Stripe with your details and your bank account number.
Do I need to be a customer?
No. We accept trainers, agencies and creators with a relevant audience, customers or not.
What if the academy cancels?
You stop earning for that academy from its cancellation; anything already accrued is still paid.
