Cookie policy
Last updated: 30 July 2026
Information about the cookies and similar technologies used by this website, in accordance with Article 22.2 of the Spanish LSSI-CE and data protection law.
1. What are cookies?
A cookie is a small text file that a website stores in your browser when you visit it. Among other things, it is used to remember your preferences or keep you signed in.
2. Your choice
The first time you visit, we show a notice with three equally prominent options: accept everything, keep only the essential cookies, or customise them category by category. Your decision is stored for one year and you can change it whenever you want from “Cookie settings” in the footer.
Until you accept the optional categories, nothing beyond the essential cookies is installed.
3. Cookies we use
Essential cookies are required for the site to work and are always on; the law does not require consent for them.
- Language (nx_lang): remembers whether you prefer the site in Spanish or English. Expires after one year. Essential.
- Cookie choice (cookie_consent): stores the decision you make in the notice, so we do not ask you again. Expires after one year. Essential.
- Login session: when you sign in to your platform, it keeps your session securely active. It is temporary and is removed on sign-out or expiry. Essential.
- Analytics: a declared category for measuring site usage in aggregate so we can improve it. It will only be enabled if you accept it, and until then no cookie of this kind is installed.
4. Third-party cookies
Stripe is used as the payment gateway during checkout; Stripe may set its own cookies needed to process the payment and prevent fraud, subject to its own policy. Those cookies are set on Stripe's domain, not on this site.
We do not embed advertising cookies or social media widgets on this site. The websites each academy publishes with Nexelia have their own cookie policy, reachable from their footer.
5. How to manage or disable cookies
The most direct route is the “Cookie settings” link in the footer: it reopens the category panel and lets you withdraw your consent just as easily as you gave it.
You can also configure your browser to block or delete cookies. Note that if you block the essential ones, some features (such as keeping your session or remembering the language) will stop working properly.
- Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies and other site data.
- Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data.
- Safari: Preferences → Privacy.
- Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions.
6. Updates
This policy may be updated if the cookies used or the applicable regulations change. If we add a new category, we will ask for your choice again. The version in force is always the one published on this page.
